Most of our customers choose a 4-week or 8-week cycle. Regular cleaning helps maintain clarity and appearance year-round.

Do you clean windows in all weather conditions?

Our advanced pure water Reach and Wash system cleans effectively even in rain. However, for safety reasons, we avoid cleaning in severe weather conditions like heavy rain, icy conditions, or freezing temperatures. For hard-to-reach windows that require ladder access, if ground conditions are slippery, we may not clean those windows. We’ll notify you promptly of any changes.

Can I reschedule or skip a scheduled cleaning?

Absolutely. We’re typically in your area every four weeks. If you wish to skip your scheduled clean, please reply to the reminder message on the same day you receive it. We’ll then schedule your next clean for four weeks later.

Do you charge extra for the first clean?

First cleans may occasionally incur an extra charge if the windows haven’t been cleaned regularly or require additional time and effort. We’ll always inform you in advance if any additional charges apply.

How do I pay for my window cleaning?

Upon completion of the work, we’ll send either a text or email with a link for payment. You can also sign up for our direct debit service, which is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, and payment is only requested after the cleaning is completed.

Is there anything I need to do before your team arrives?

Please ensure that gates are unlocked, windows accessible, and any hazards such as pet waste or obstructions cleared to facilitate efficient and safe cleaning. If access is restricted, we may adjust your payment accordingly.

Do you provide other services besides window cleaning?

Yes, we also offer gutter clearing, fascia and soffit cleaning, and conservatory roof cleaning. Feel free to request a combined service package to keep your home looking its best.

Do you clean commercial properties?

Yes, we offer comprehensive commercial cleaning services tailored to businesses, schools, and office buildings. Contact us for a custom quote.

What if I’m not completely satisfied with my service?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll promptly revisit and address any concerns free of charge.
