How our window cleaning works

How often do you come?
You can choose a regular exterior window clean every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks, whichever suits your home best. We keep to a reliable round so your windows always look their best without you having to think about it. Our round floats across the week rather than landing on a fixed day, so we text you the day before each clean.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No. Almost all of our work is done from the outside, so you do not need to be in. Just leave any side gates unlocked so we can reach the back, and we will take care of the rest. We text the day before and message you once it is finished.
How do you clean the windows?
We supply all our own water and reach-and-wash poles, working safely from the ground with no ladders against your walls. Purified water lifts the dirt and dries clear with no chemicals and no streaks, so there is no soapy residue left behind. It also means we clean the frames and sills at the same time, not just the glass.
Can you reach Velux and roof windows?
We can usually reach the majority of Velux windows from the ground depending on the distance and the pitch of the roof. If we can get to them, we will clean them. We will always let you know what is reachable when we see the property.
Do you clear gutters as well?
Yes. We clear gutters with a gutter vacuum pole, working from the ground rather than up ladders or on the roof. It is a separate service to window cleaning, so just ask and we will quote it for you.

How much does window cleaning cost?
Standard homes see their guide price instantly on our booking form: full-property regular window cleaning starts from £25 per clean, based on bedrooms and style. It is a guide for the property as you describe it, and if anything needs adjusting when we arrive we agree the price with you before any work starts. Bespoke properties get a personal quote, no obligation.
Are there any deals for booking services together?
Yes. On a standard home with a regular window round, book gutter clearing and fascias together and your window clean is free. Without a window round the gutter and fascia pair saves £20, and gutter clearing with just your window round saves £10. The booking page checks your property and applies whichever fits.
How and when do I pay?
We send an invoice with a payment link after each clean, so you only ever pay once the work is done, never upfront. You can pay by card or bank transfer, or set up a Direct Debit so it is handled automatically. Every Direct Debit is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
How do I book?

Can I skip or cancel a clean?
Of course. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit and we will move it or skip it. There are no cancellation fees and no long contracts, so you are never locked in.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain does not affect the result, our purified water leaves the glass clear once it dries, so we usually carry on as normal. If the weather is genuinely unsafe to work in, we will reschedule and let you know.

What if I am not happy with the clean?
Not happy with your clean? Contact us within 48 hours of the visit and we will return to put it right at no extra charge.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry £5m public liability insurance plus employer's liability, and our team are DBS checked. As a veteran-owned, family-run business, we take real pride in working carefully and professionally.

How long have you been operating?
We are a family-run business based in Street, and we have been cleaning windows across Somerset since 2019. Today we look after 45+ towns and villages, from residential rounds to commercial contracts.
