Do I need to be home when you clean my windows?

No. We clean exteriors using water-fed poles from ground level, so there's no need for us to come inside. Just make sure side gates are unlocked and let us know about any pets or access issues. We'll text before we arrive and leave a card when we're done.

How quickly can I get a quote?

What happens if the weather is bad on my cleaning day?

Accepted Answer

Rain doesn't affect the finish — our purified water system works just as well in the wet. If high winds or storms make it unsafe, we'll reschedule within 48 hours at no extra charge and let you know by text.

How do payments work?

You pay after the work is done, never upfront. Once we've finished, you'll get a secure payment link by text or email. You can pay by card, or set up a direct debit if you're on a regular schedule.

Are your team insured and vetted?

Yes. Everyone on our team is DBS checked and we carry £5M public liability insurance. Our technicians are trained in water-fed pole systems and safe working at height, and we're SafeContractor approved.
