How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Every 4 or 8 weeks suits most homes. Properties near busy roads or under trees do better every 4 weeks. We recommend the right schedule after your first visit.
Do you clean frames and sills or just the glass?
Glass, frames, and sills are all included as standard. Dirty frames cause run-off marks on clean glass, so we always do the lot.
Can you reach upper-floor windows?
Yes. Our reach-and-wash poles extend up to 40 feet, covering most homes up to three storeys. No ladders against your walls and no need for scaffolding.
What happens if it rains after my clean?
Rain is just pure water, it won't leave marks on freshly cleaned glass. Streaks come from dirty frames and mineral-laden tap water, not rain.
Do you clean inside windows?
We can do inside windows on request, but our standard service covers the outside. If you'd like inside and out, let us know when you book and we'll arrange it.
What about Velux or skylight windows?
We can usually reach the majority of Velux windows from the ground, depending on the distance and pitch of the roof. We can't always guarantee every one, but if we can get to them we'll clean them, and we'll let you know on the first visit.
Do I need to be home for my window clean?
No, we just need access to the property. We'll send you a reminder the day before by email or text. Just leave any side gates unlocked and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does a window clean take?
A standard 3-bedroom house takes around 15 to 20 minutes. Larger properties take a bit longer.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If you're not happy with any clean, call us within 48 hours and we'll come back and sort it at no extra charge.
Do you clean conservatory windows?
Yes, conservatory windows are included for a small extra charge. We can also clean conservatory roofs as a separate service.
