Our Clevedon round, growing street by street
Clevedon is one of the newer corners of our patch. We've been cleaning here since 2020 and now look after a growing round across the town, from Victorian properties near the seafront and Walton Bay to the hillside homes around Dial Hill, the residential streets of Court House and Old Church Road, and the newer developments towards Tickenham. We also cover Walton-in-Gordano and the properties along the B3124 coast road, and our rounds reach Portishead too.
Clevedon's coastal position means salt spray and sea air leave a film on windows faster than inland towns. Properties along the seafront and Walton Bay often benefit from 4-weekly cleaning during autumn and winter when storms are frequent. The Victorian terraces on Dial Hill catch the full force of southwesterly weather, while the more sheltered eastern side of town around Tickenham stays cleaner longer. There is no need to be home: we work from outside and text you the day before each clean.

Do you clean the tall Victorian properties along the seafront?
Yes. Many seafront and Walton Bay properties have large sash windows across multiple floors. We use long reach-and-wash poles worked from the ground, so there is no need for ladders or scaffolding on these beautiful but tricky buildings.
How does the sea air affect cleaning frequency?
Salt spray builds up noticeably faster on coastal properties. We recommend 4-weekly visits for homes directly on the seafront, and our standard 8-weekly schedule works well for homes further inland around Court House and Tickenham.
Do you cover Portishead and Nailsea as well?
Yes to both. Portishead (BS20) has been part of our regular round for a while, and we have recently extended into BS48, so we now cover Backwell, Nailsea and the surrounding villages too. Pop your postcode into our checker and we will sort you a quote.
