How much does window cleaning cost in Somerset?
Tell us what kind of home it is, how many bedrooms and what you would like cleaned. We check your home and get back to you with your price, including VAT. Bigger or unusual homes we price from photos or a free visit. Nothing is booked until you accept it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, Direct Debit or bank transfer. After each clean, we send a secure payment link to your phone. Regular customers can set up a Direct Debit so it's all automatic. We never ask for payment upfront.
What's your cancellation policy?
Just give us 24 hours' notice and there's no charge. For regular customers, we'll move your slot to the next available date. We won't charge you for a genuine change of plans.
Can I set up a regular cleaning schedule?
Yes, most customers do. You choose every 4 or 8 weeks and we book each clean for you, so there's nothing to remember.
What equipment do you use?
We supply all our own purified, deionised water and use reach-and-wash poles that extend up to 40 feet, so we can clean most windows safely from the ground without ladders. The purified water dries spot-free without chemicals.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Not happy with your clean? Contact us within 48 hours of the visit and we will return to put it right at no extra charge. We can photograph before and after your clean, so you can see the results even if you're not home.
